The 25 percent reimbursement administered by Film in the country, rising to 35 percent for larger shoots, applies to eligible Icelandic costs, so compositing work carried out by Reykjavik facilities can be logged toward the claim, while the largest VFX efforts are recognised as work the domestic sector supplements from overseas partners in the UK and mainland Europe.
