Our PAs handle set lockups, talent escort, gear handling, office admin and the constant problem-solving that keeps a shoot days on track. They work fluently in both English and Icelandic. Because the country's local crew pool is small for an island of around 390,000 people, global experience is common across the PA roster, and for large shoots we supplement with PAs from the UK and mainland Europe, with EEA membership letting EU crew work without visas. We can mostly staff extra PA positions at 24 to 48 hours' notice.
